    The new Hit Refresh Hydrating Toner has a more modern and streamlined ingredient list. It is even more pH balanced and has the same cooling jelly texture as our previous toner. We added de-puffing botanical cucumber water, and barrier-supportive Vitamin b5, and other skin-hydrating humectants.
