If your products are so good, then why are they so inexpensive?

This is part of what makes goPure so innovative. We don’t sell our products in retail stores, although we get many requests all the time to do so. Because of this, we are able to cut out the additional price the retailers add to the cost of the products to pay for their store rent, high overhead costs and profits. We pass those savings on to you.

In addition we don’t hire celebrities and we don’t use unnecessarily fancy packaging and focus on keeping our prices as low as possible. The reality is that there are many brands out there that sell products with similar Active ingredients that charge more than double than what we charge. Where we don’t cut costs is product development, ingredient quality, and safety testing - the stuff that matters to you!

How quickly will I receive my order?

Most US orders are received within 1-5 days after the order is placed. For orders shipped outside the U.S., it can take up to 2 weeks. We ship most orders within 24 business hours and we have 2 warehouses- one in Utah and one in Indiana to get you your products quickly. You will get a tracking number emailed to you as soon as your order ships so you can see when it’s arriving. If you order on Friday your order will ship out Monday.

Where are goPure products manufactured?

goPure products are proudly manufactured in the United States using globally sourced ingredients. One example of this is Lavender - which only grows naturally in some parts of the world like Bulgaria and France.

How should I use these products?

Are these products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?

All of our products are safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding except those containing Retinol. Currently the only products that contain Retinol are the Retinol Serum, Retinol Cream and Actives Firm & Lift Serum.
