I myself have watched celebrities on tv with their smooth skin ‘complaining’ about aging even with the amount of money spent on cosmetic procedures but they also get wrinkles just like the rest of us. The difference is they have skin care gurus not only being hands on but also teaching them all about skin care. Just because we don’t have a new movie coming out or a fancy event to go to, we still want that expert treatment. With all the skin care gurus out there, trying to find which ones to follow would be overwhelming and also very difficult. Here are a dozen skin care gurus that gave us tips that all of us can easily follow, understand and relate to.
1. SLEEPING LIKE A QUEEN TO PREVENT WRINKLES.
When choosing your bedding, start by passing on those cotton blend pillowcases and replacing them with the luxurious silk satin ones. When a person’s face is laying on a regular pillowcase it can cause the appearance of wrinkles while you sleep, but when using a silk satin case your face will ‘slide’ allowing you to wake up with a refreshed look without those deep wrinkles forming.
